Noteworthy Tours (Pacific Northwest) October

Fall is here, and so are a few prime tours coming to the Portland area. Here are some events to check out:

As I Lay Dying
All That Remains
Unearth
Carnifex

Sunday October 10 @ Roseland Theater, Portland

Solid group of metalcore mainstays, should be a sweaty good time. Check out As I Lay Dying's new album, "The Powerless Rise" if you haven't already, it's a nice display of AILD's guitar work/capabilities.

Envy
La Dispute
Touche Amore
And So I Watched You From Afar

Saturday October 16 @ Hawthorne Theater, Portland

Japan can get a little crazy, and Envy can attest to that. Pretty sweet hardcore band. Good show if you like the old-school hardcore.

Atreyu
blessthefall
Chiodos
Architects
Endless Hallway

Friday October 22 @ Roseland Theater, Portland

More exciting support bands than the headliner. Architects doesn't make it out to Oregon very often, seeing them alone will be worth the price of admission.

August Burns Red
Bring Me The Horizon
Emarosa
Polar Bear Club
This Is Hell

Monday October 25 @ Wonder Ballroom, Portland

ABR always puts on a good show, and the kiddies sure love Bring Me The Horizon. Should be a fun show and a big crowd from start to finish.

Enter Shikari
Haste The Day
Sleeping With Sirens
Ms. White
Lights Go Blue

Another UK band making a rare trip to the area, Enter Shikari has excellent live shows and brings a creative mixture of trance and hardcore that no one can match.
